Where did this idea that a certain "size" had anything to do with beauty? Calista Flockhart is "too skinny"; Kirstie Alley is "too fat". This makes them unattractive and undesirable? I have trouble connecting the dots here.

Beauty - true beauty - comes from deep inside. It has nothing to do with the size of your waist or the fullness of your bust.

Sexy is a state of mind - not a dress size. Confidence is sexy. Knowing you are attractive is a power that will win every time over a size 1 dress with a plunging neckline.

You don't have to be a Bo Derek 10 to be beautiful and sexy; far from it. Self-love, knowing you are beautiful (inside) and sexy (in your mind) is when you truly shine; it's when and how you will attract others to you and feel your best.
